Trace Adkins headlines at Southern Ground in Fayetteville on Thursday, July 5

Trace Adkins Country music legend Trace Adkins will make a stop in Fayetteville Thursday night on his nationwide “How Did We Get Here Tour”, taking the stage at Zac Brown’s Southern Ground Amphitheater.

Trace Adkins’ trademark baritone has powered countless hits to the top of the charts during his career, which now spans three decades. The three-time GRAMMY-nominated member of the Grand Ole Opry is a TV personality, actor, author, and spokesman for the Wounded Warrior Project and the American Red Cross, for whom he raised more than $1.5 million dollars as winner of NBC’s All-Star Celebrity Apprentice.

“We’re excited to bring another music industry legend to town,” said Fayetteville Downtown Development Director Brian Wismer. “Trace Adkins has a strong following in this area, and he is known for great concert performances.

“Our amphitheater with its close-in, terraced seating will provide fans with an amazing experience to remember this Fourth of July week,” Wismer said.

The box office on Thursday opens at 6 p.m., and gates open at 7. Opening act Matt Stell takes the stage at 8 p.m. followed by Trace Adkins at 9.
