Town Hall meeting to discuss annexation and rezoning of land in the area of Banks Road and Ellis Road to be held Monday, May 14, at 6 p.m.

The public is invited to attend a Town Hall meeting to be held by the Fayetteville City Council to discuss the application for annexation and rezoning of approximately 44.4 acres in the area of Banks Road and Ellis Road from Fayette County R-20 (Single Family Residential) and Fayette County A-R (Agricultural Residential) to R-THC (Residential Townhouse/Condominium) for development of a single family detached subdivision.

The Town Hall Meeting will be held on Monday, May 14, 2018 at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 240 South Glynn Street, Fayetteville, Georgia 30214.

No vote will be taken by the City Council at this meeting, but the property owner/applicant will present the proposed project and will be available to answer any questions or concerns about the proposal.
