The annual Fayetteville Christmas Parade will take place on Saturday, December 7, beginning at 5 p.m., and there will be a few temporary road closures to accommodate the event and ensure the safety of the participants.
The parade will stage at the Fayette County Justice Center and head north along Lee Street toward the Historic Courthouse. At the Courthouse, the parade will turn left along Stonewall Avenue and proceed to Heritage Park Way, turning left toward the Fayette County Public Library. From there, it will round the corner to head eastbound toward South Glynn Street. The parade will turn right onto South Glynn Street traveling southbound before turning left onto Melear Way. From there, the parade will continue straight onto Center Drive to the terminus at the Fayette County Justice Center.
