Five years:

  • Julie Brown, Senior Planner – Community Development
  • Austin Dunn, Police Sergeant – Public Safety
  • Leslie Fluegeman, Police Sergeant – Public Safety
  • Joshua Meade, Police Detective – Public Safety
  • Eric Tilley, Police Patrol Officer – Public Safety

Ten years:

  • Timothy Bolton, heavy equipment operator – Water
  • Benjamin Henning, Fire Captain – Public Safety
  • Larry Gasaway, Fire Lieutenant – Public Safety
  • Joshua Collins, Fire Captain – Public Safety
  • Carlos Calderon, maintenance worker – Public Services

Fifteen years:
