City helps raise Alzheimer’s Disease awareness with ‘Longest Day’ presentation

Alzheimer’s Association representatives received a proclamation from City of Fayetteville elected officials during the June 21 City Council meeting.

June 21 was the longest day on the 2018 calendar, and on that day communities around the country, including Fayetteville, joined the Alzheimer’s Association in raising awareness of Alzheimer’s Disease and the toll it takes on those diagnosed with it as well as their caregivers.  Click here to download the City’s “The Longest Day” proclamation.
