Reports
Accident and Incident reports can be obtained from the Police Department Lobby. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of the incident for the report to be completed. Copies of printed reports are $4.00 to be paid by cash, check, or money order.

Open Records
Per Georgia State Law, government records are subject to inspection and copy by the public. Certain records are specifically exempted from disclosure by court order or state law.
If you have a need to review any files, please submit a request to the City of Fayetteville Police Department. The request should include your name, address and phone number as well as information regarding the specific record. Please indicate as much of the following as is known: type of record, suspect/victim name, date and location of incident and case number.
