Walton Communities
Located behind Fayetteville City Hall & City Center Park, Walton Communities is the first mixed-use apartment complex to be built in Downtown Fayetteville. It will have 270 apartment units, and there will be several retail units facing City Center Park.
Nebors Restaurant (formerly Melear's Barbecue)
The old Melear's Barbecue restaurant sat vacant for years along South Glynn Street (Highway 85 South), but the building and property are now being redeveloped as Nebors Restaurant.
Fayette Meadows
The Fayette Meadows residential neighborhood is located along Highway 92 South, just down the road from the Ingles and Publix shopping centers on Fayetteville's south side.
Dixon Farm
Dixon Farm is approximately 13.6 acres of land located at Whitney Street and Summit Point Drive, next to the Summit Point (Publix) shopping center.
Sonic (formerly Hotlanta Wings)
The former Hotlanta Wings restaurant building on North Glynn Street (Highway 85) will soon give way to a new Sonic drive-in restaurant.
Satterfield Townhomes
The Satterfield mixed-use development on Highway 85 North is adding a residential component with its Satterfield Townhomes located behind Discount Tire and RaceTrac.
Shoppes at New Hope
Located at the corner of New Hope Road and Highway 314, the Shops at New Hope retail center will have inter-parcel connectivity with the adjacent Fayette Pavilion shopping center.
Trilith Studios
Construction continues in phases at Trilith Studios located at Veterans Parkway and Sandy Creek Road on the west side of Fayetteville.
Town at Trilith Central Park
The aptly-name Central Park is located where the Town at Trilith residential and commercial properties blend together in the heart of this one-of-a-kind neighborhood. Several Central Park retail tenants have already opened doors to the public, and more openings are expected in the weeks and months to come.
Town at Trilith Hotel
An upscale, boutique hotel is under construction in the Town at Trilith neighborhood. It is located near the Veterans Parkway entrance and is nestled next to the Capstone and Central park multi-use developments.
Village Townhomes
Lafayette Townhomes is under construction at the corner of Campaign Trail and West Lanier Avenue (Highway 54).
