All persons under the age of twenty-one (21) are REQUIRED to appear in court. Parents of defendants under twenty-one (21) years of age will also be allowed to enter. * If you are under 21 years of age, you will not be able to pay your citation online as doing so may result in the suspension of your drivers license. The driver’s license of any person under 21 years of age who has accumulated a violation point count of four (4) or more points in any consecutive 12 month period shall be suspended by the Georgia Department of Driver Services.
