In accordance with the Georgia state minimum standard one and two family dwelling code, chapters 25 through 32 (plumbing) and chapters 33 to 42 (electrical) have not been adopted. In their place the Georgia state minimum standard plumbing code and the Georgia state minimum electrical code will be enforced.
It is the intent of this department to enforce these codes for the safety, health and welfare of the citizens of Fayetteville.
